• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  
• Orients subordinate on job duties and responsibilities and explains job performance and standards
• Ensures employees' cqompliance to the Company RUles and Regulations as well as operational policies and procedures
• Monitors the use of appropriate forms to document stock movement in compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
• Coordinates with the different divisions/departments on operational concerns and requirements

• Position requires full knowledge of warehousing principles and applications normally acquired through attenmain of a degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration
• Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail, trading or manufacturing entity
• Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs. Can perform spreadsheets calculations
• Must have full knowledge in warehouse management and inventory controls
