About the Role:

This role is the central cog of our machine, and success will be measured in the offering of consistent and authentic communication and support to all clients. The achievements of our clients and coaches after each programme will be heavily influenced by the involvement, commitment, and know-how of the CSM.

As a CSM you will interact with a great number of clients virtually. There’s a certain flow to this role, starting with the client information that needs to be captured, followed by the setting up of a series of important comms through channels like Whatsapp, Email, and Video. The comms are about so much more than simply sending a text. Here you will inspire, educate, inform, assist, and manage each and every client as if they were your one and only. You’ll send welcome messages, manage and schedule sessions, compile and check nutritional and workout info, and ensure that our clients are on track and following their Best10 plan correctly and effectively through daily communication. Attention to detail is imperative as in order to build genuine, authentic relationships with clients, personal details mentioned by a client - a new job, a new baby, a new house - will need to be captured and authentically weaved into interactions with them.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Dietetics
  • Registered with the HPCSA
  • Experience/courses in behaviour change using technology as a medium is advantageous.
  • Experience/courses in the overweight, obese, pre-diabetic, and/or diabetic population(s) is advantageous.
  • Experience/ courses in anything fitness related is advantageous

This is a 4 month contract with the intention to make it a permanent role
