Join us as a Warehouse Associate – Data Center Logistics (m/f/x) in the Frankfurt East or West area and become part of a team that works together, takes ownership, and stays curious. The position is initially limited to one year, with a long-term perspective. No IT experience needed, just a hands-on mindset, reliability, and the willingness to learn. Are you on it?

  • Picking & shipping: Prepare equipment for internal transport or shipment and accurately document goods movements.
  • Material handling: Safely move and position valuable technical equipment within the data center.

  • Safety & quality: Work with your team to maintain a safe, organized workplace and continuously improve processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience: You have hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, goods receiving, shipping, picking, or material handling. Career changers with relevant practical experience are welcome.
  • Digital & technical affinity: You are comfortable using basic digital tools and eager to learn. No previous IT or data center experience is necessary.
  • Flexibility & mobility: A Class B driving license is a plus, but not a requirement. Ideally, you are also open to working shifts as part of our operational environment.
  • Language skills: Good English skills are sufficient. German is not required.
  • Hands-on mindset & teamwork: You work reliably and carefully, enjoy learning new things, take ownership, and contribute to shared team goals.

Additional Information

  • Ownership from Day One: Take responsibility early on and actively contribute to processes, improvements, and team success.
  • Corporate Benefits: Enjoy exclusive discounts and offers from a wide range of partner companies.
  • Team Culture & Development: Expect an open, collaborative culture where growth, knowledge sharing, and continuous development are encouraged.
  • Structured Onboarding: A comprehensive onboarding process ensures you quickly gain confidence in your role and responsibilities.
