Job Description

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Prepare, configure and hand over IT equipment (laptops, phones, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain workstations and meeting rooms.
  • Provide first-level on-site IT support for end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
  • Support local office events with IT setup when required.
  • Coordinate with the central IT team and Office Management on local operational tasks.
  • Update and manage IT assets and related documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams.
     

Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or comparable practical experience).
  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Windows, iOS, Microsoft 365, hardware setup and IT troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Azure, Exchange and power apps,
  • Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and providing on-site support.
  • English: Fluent (Mandatory)
  • German: B1 or higher
  • Any additional language is a plus.
