Subaru of Chicago is hiring proven Automotive Service Advisors to join a fast growing service department with more than 2000 repair orders per month, 26 technicians, 40 bays, and the largest Subaru customer base in the Midwest.

Subaru of Chicago is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join one of the busiest and fastest growing service departments in the region.
We are looking for proven advisors at the top of their game who are ready for a better opportunity. If you are currently producing, take pride in customer service, and want to be part of a high performing team with real growth potential, we want to talk to you.
This is not a slow store with limited opportunity.
Subaru of Chicago has 26 technicians, 40 bays, more than 2000 repair orders per month, and growing. We currently have 7 advisors and are expanding to keep up with demand. We have the customer base, leadership team, marketing and support structure to help great advisors succeed.
We also offer something many dealerships cannot: real advancement. If you come in, perform at a high level, and prove yourself over the first 6 months, we will fast track you for future management opportunities within our dealership group.

Schedule
- Five day work week
- Saturday is required
- One weekday off
- We are flexible on which weekday you take off
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
We want seasoned, high level automotive service advisors who can demonstrate performance and are ready for a better long term opportunity.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
- A strong sales process and track record of performance
- A team first attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Professionalism, urgency, and follow through
Subaru experience is a plus
Tekion experience is a plus
Neither is required for the right candidate
