    • Other Duties
    • Strong ethical standards and high level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Detail & analytical thinking with creativity
    • Both tactical & strategic thinking
    • Must show strong sense of independence to have autonomy on projects and to take/own responsibility
    • Collaborative culture and effective open communication skills

      Education and Experience:

       Bachelor’s Degree in HR

    • 7+ years of work experience w/ understanding of HR practices / processes
    • Spanish Highly recommended
    • General understanding of HR practices/processes
