- Administration of Payroll
- Administration of Benefits
- Administration of HR Accounting
- Administration of Workplace Safety

- Detail & analytical thinking with creativity
- Both tactical & strategic thinking
- Must show strong sense of independence to have autonomy on projects and to take/own responsibility

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR
- 7+ years of work experience w/ understanding of HR practices / processes
- Spanish Highly recommended
- General understanding of HR practices/processes
