MOXY Hotels is Marriott’s newest brand, which opened the first hotel in Milan (Italy) in 2014. Moxy is designed to capture the rapidly emerging next-generation traveler. We combine stylish design, approachable service, latest technology and an affordable price. It’s the new way of travelling!

For this hotel, we are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician.

The maintenance engineer will work with a full time contract, carrying out:

• Weekly fire alarm test
• Weekly sprinkler system test
• Minor repair such as lighting, electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating.

What we looking for?

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible team player who take pride and joy in achieving outstanding customer service in line with Moxy’s standard operating procedures.

• Previous proven experience with fire alarm system & fire sprinkler system is a must.
• Ability to fully understand current legislations surrounding sprinklers & fire alarm systems.
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Must be a good communicator internally and externally.
• Must live in London Area
• Good level of English as you will be liaising with outsourced contractors as well as the management at the hotel.

Pay

24232 GBP (gross annual salary)
