Als HR Coordinator assisteer je de General Manager van het hotel met HR-gerelateerde zaken. Het is een nieuwe functie en je kunt de dagen indelen zoals het jou uitkomt. Je rapporteert aan de GM van het hotel en kunt voor vragen terecht bij de HR afdeling van het hoofdkantoor van Belvar, dat vlakbij ligt.
•    Je houd je bezig met de werving & selectie;
•    Je verzorgt diverse correspondentie voor (nieuwe) medewerkers, waaronder contracten;
•    Je beantwoordt vragen van de medewerkers en hun leidinggevenden over HR-zaken;
•    Je verzorgt de administratieve verwerking bij in- en uitdiensttreding;
•    Je beheert het urenregistratiesysteem;
•    Je levert de (personeels-)mutaties voor de ADP-salarisadministratie;
•    Je doet de ziek- en betermeldingen en bent contactpersoon voor de arbodienst.

Wij zoeken en praktisch ingestelde collega met:
•    Minimaal 3 jaar recente ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
•    Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift (de voertaal in het hotel is Engels);
•    Handigheid met personeelsinformatiesystemen en MS-Office;
•    Een dienstverlenende en nauwkeurige werkhouding;
•    Kennis van de wet Poortwachter;
•    Kennis van de Horeca CAO en ervaring in Hospitality is een pre.
