As a NIght Hotel Receptionist, you will be responsible for the arrivals and departures of our guests, answering external and internal phone calls and for concierge requests. You will have the entire responsibility of the hotel during the night and therefore be Manager on Duty during that time. You will be responsible for the nigth run and some reportings.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferable in the same position
- Be organized and have a sense of priorities
- Have a passion for authentic customer service and is not afraid of handling guests' complaints
