As a Night Crew Member, you are responsible for running the hotel at night & getting everything prepared for the day ahead. You look after all the hotel guests at night & run the night audit as well as any other end of day processes & accounts. You have to play multiple roles – from front desk attendant to greeter, to bartender, and everything in between. Plus, you have to be an expert on the locale, so you can direct our savvy guests to the best places in the neighborhood…and, if there’s ever anything you’re unsure of, be able to easily jump on the internet to figure it out.

SPECIFIC TASKS

• Run the Night Audit
• Looking after guests, at reception behind the bar & with requests
• Ensuring all payments are processed correctly
• Restock the hotel & prepare breakfast for guests in the morning
• Updating reservations & non-arrivals

• Proactive, Kind and Helpful
• Someone reliable the rest of the team can depend on to support them
• Good knowledge of customer service
• Open personality and attitude
• Previous work in the hotel industry is an advantage

This is a Full time nights role & the annual salary is £21,877.20
