As a Front Office Supervisor in Courtyard by Marriott you are responsible for ensuring that consistent high quality customer service is delivered. You will provide guidance and leadership for the Front Office staff. You will motivate and support our Front Office Team and ensure our guests' satisfaction and you will provide a personal and friendly service to our guests. The front desk is open 24/7 and you will be working in shifts both AM and PM.

You have an eye for details and you are a perfectionist
You have an inspiring energy and always with a smile on your face
You have minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
You speak and write fluently English, Dutch and preferably a third language
You are good with technology and you´ve been working with Opera before
