Job Description

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for the arrivals and departures from our guests. Make sure they are satisfied at any time. You will need to answer the internal and external calls and take care of concierge requests. You will take care as well of answering guests' emails. You will make sure sure that operational procedures and standards are understood and applied at any time.


Fluent in Dutch and English. Additional language is a plus.

A passion for customer service and hospitality.

At least 1 year of experience in the same position. Marriott experience is a plus.

Good organization and communication skills.
