Belong is looking for an SEO Manager who will build a cross-functional workstream with Eng and Product towards the SEO Strategy.
This position plays a key role in building out a best-in-class program including, but not limited to, planning, execution, and measurement.
This individual will work with the Head of Performance Marketing to achieve measurable results against acquisition KPIs.
Build and own SEO Roadmap in cross-collaboration with Eng. and Product with a focus on improving site speed and driving ranking improvement across all engines
Build best practices playbook for all content pages influencing a SEO-first mindset across the organisation.
Drive implementation strategy with engineering to clean-up and improve site speed
Develop and deploy cutting-edge SEO tactics and strategies
Ideate and deliver world class technical audits and optimizations
Develop and execute innovative backlink acquisition strategies
Build and execute the SEO content program, from identifying content opportunities and putting them into practice to measurement.
Manage our SEO tech stack, and evolve reporting capabilities to socialize how each initiative is tracking against goals
Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral.
5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO strategies and tactics
Strong technical understanding of SEO tactics, strategy, reporting platforms as well as web analytics platforms (GA360, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager)
Advanced knowledge of current and past ranking algorithms
Advanced usage and understanding of Google Analytics reporting capabilities
Experience with Google Data Studio and other leading data visualization platforms
Basic SQL knowledge and expert level excel capabilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to adverse situations.
