Managing all operations including melting department, metal cutting, powder processing and polishing. 
Schedule work for operators based on needs of shipping department. 
Manage attendance, performance and disciplinary actions of hourly workforce. 
Communicate material needs to melting department and warehouse. 
Able to work autonomously on department improvements or in a team environment for general plant improvements. 
Demonstrated ability to drive change in work area processes. 
Update SOP’s with current and up to date practices in work area. 
Ability to troubleshoot problems in work area. 
 

Salary dependent upon experience, with comprehensive benefits package offered. Off street parking is available also.
