Seeking a broad range General Labor Employee – as a learner will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties in support of company’s process within Factory and production areas as instructed by management.

Working under the supervision of an assigned Foreman

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform manual labor.

Performs related work as required.

Duties may include but not limited to tasks, that will require heavy labor such as moving, lifting and pouring. 

Exposure to all kinds of weather, even extreme weather conditions.

 Exposed to all kinds of metal processing.

 Company will train in the various positions in the various departments.

Key Skills:

Basic math knowledge (multiply, divide, percentages, etc.

Ability to handle and operate machinery

Ability to use hand tools,

Hand eye coordination

Good communication skills

Forklift certification a plus

These duties shall be performed while maintaining and complying with a high standard of safety and workmanship.

Wage as stated in Union Agreement and benefits upon completion of probation period.
