Job Description

  • Collecting data on the company's current performance.
  • Running diagnostic tests.
  • Measuring performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Figuring out organizational needs and bottlenecks.
  • Developing improvement plans.
  • Ensuring the linkage of programs to company goals.
  • Working with leaders and department heads to solve specific problems.
  • Building the organization's stock of human capital through staff development programs.
  • Providing specialized industry knowledge gained from previous clients and projects.
  • Engaging in change management exercises with employees.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Getting senior leadership to buy into the change initiative.
  • Perform internal reviews and audit of current systems and policies. 
  • Perform quality assurance checks. 
  • Delivers surveys to employees. 
  • Conduct investigations and research into reclassification and classification. 
  • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables are high quality and on-time and strengthen client relationships.
  • Consult with clients to help them understand what their data is telling them and how they should use it.

Qualifications

First degree in a social science course, a postgraduate degree is an added advantage. • Professional qualifications such as CIPD, CIPM and Project Management certifications are desirable.

Additional Information

5-7 years’ experience in consulting, corporate services and human resources administration, 3 of which must have been in a structured consulting firm. • Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients. • Experience in proposal/bid preparation. • Excellent people and client management skills. • Strong project management skills.
