Job Description

•    Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
•    Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
•    Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
•    Display and market real property to possible buyers.
•    Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
•    Maintain and update listings of available properties on all viable websites and platforms.
•    Develop networks and industry alliances
•    Promote sales through advertisements and listing services.
•    Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Additional Information

Job Requirements

Degree in estate management or a strong numerate discipline.
•    Minimum of five years real-estate management experience
•    Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
•    Ability to understand and present contracts
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to network to build your business
•    Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor
•    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
•    Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
•    Experience in proposal/bid preparation.
•    Excellent people and client management skills.
•    Strong project management skills.
