Job Description

Candidate must have a minimum 3-7 years work experience in role and must be currently working in a financial instituition. Candidate must be in active employment at the date of recruitment and must have stayed in current employment for not less than 1 year

Qualifications

 Bsc/Msc/MBA & certification

1.    Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
2.    Assisting with the formulation of effective marketing and advertising campaigns to generate public interest. 
3.    Evaluating marketing campaigns and trends to assist with decision making.
4.    Identifying and solicit new clients within the target market parameters.
5.    Implement strategies for acquiring new clients within the target market.
6.    Drawing up proposals and letters to be sent to prospects.
7.    Contributing to and developing long term marketing plans and strategies.
8.    Following up on new leads and referrals as well as on proposals/letters sent out
9.    Playing a role to ensure prospects are converted to wins.
10.    Maintaining and building contacts with potential clients.
11.    Assisting in organizing and attending events on behalf of AIICO Capital.
12.    Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service. 
13.    Ensuring zero tolerance level for complaints.
14.    Ensuring zero negative feedback from clients and prospects
