Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
- Translate operational and commercial recommendations into actionable follow-ups with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
- Expand the client portfolio through strategic prospecting, canvassing, and identifying new opportunities across brands, agencies, and advertisers.
- Develop compelling commercial offers and sponsorship packages to secure high-value endorsements for artists and special projects.
- Cultivate marketing partnerships that elevate artist positioning and broaden brand reach within the industry.
- Facilitate proactive communication between brands, producers, and artists to align goals and streamline project execution.
- Execute artist-brand agreements and deal memos in direct collaboration with the Legal team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
- Drive 360-degree artist growth by integrating artists into commercial markets through sustainable and creative brand collaborations.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, including on-site attendance & client meeting to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in celebrity sale & marketing, brand partnerships, or a related commercial field.
- Understand of current market trends, advertiser challenges, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Proven sales operations record of managing sales cycles and operational workflows with precision.
- Creative thinking and rigorous organization, ensuring both innovation and process efficiency.
- Highly motivated to represent a rapidly developing artist roster with a focus on responsiveness and results.
- Able to drive and explore new marketing tendencies and produce original sponsorship concepts.
- Fluent in English and Thai for seamless stakeholder communication.
