Job Description

Supporting the current head of accounting in the financial affairs of the company, including accounting supervisoin, tax compliance, cash monitoring and ERP transition project. Leading all accounting and financial affairs of the company including accounting system transition project.

 

Essential Responsibilities (Your duties will include but not limited to the following):

 

ERP PROJECT

· Act as the main point of contact for the Group Integration Team in relation to the coming deployment of SAGE X3 (Accounting ERP system)

· Ensure the Dual Run and Go Live testing protocols are performed by the accounting team and report any incident with no delay.

· Liaise with the Integration Team during the Hypercase phase post Go-Live and ensure training of the local team

LEDGER AND ACCOUNTING SUPERVISION

· Ensuring that accounting records are made in accordance with the law and legislation in a timely and complete manner within the framework of the uniformed chart of accounts.

· Control of month-end and year-end account closings

· Trial Balance Control

· Income Statement and Balance Sheet control

· Control of monthly income and expense accounts

· Analyzing the weekly, monthly and annual account activities and reports of the Company.

CASH MONITORING

· Ensuring that banking transactions and relations are carried out in a healthy manner.

· Ensuring the execution of instructions, transfers, credit utilization, follow-up, risk and payment transactions.

· Ensuring the control of the company's collection and payment follow-up.

· Monitoring the compliance of daily works with the contract

· Control of physical and digital progress payments

· Identify and resolve financial or administrative issues, provide guidance to the management department on financial and administrative matters

TAX COMPLIANCE

· Managing all kinds of relations and business follow-up with tax offices, public institutions and organizations, financial institutions, other official institutions and banks.

· Control of financial reporting and analysis, accounting legislation, tax law, TCC, MERSIS, Trade Registry, SSI, İŞKUR, Incentives, VAT refund transactions.

· Control of all monthly and annual declarations

· Working in coordination with the Holding Tax Group and attending the Holding Temporary Tax Meetings held every three months

Qualifications

· Fluent in English

· Graduated from finance, business administration, economics, accounting, accounting and financial management, accounting and tax practices departments

· Singificant experience in year-end closing, cost accounting and tax compliance

· Mastering tax, SSI, incentive and declaration, E book, E Archive and E Invoice processes

· SAP and Microsoft Office programs

· Accounting legislation, Tax Law, TCC, MERSIS, Trade Registry, SGK, İŞKUR, Foreign Trade, Import Export, incentives, VAT refund transactions, financial reporting and analysis, such as having knowledge of opportunities such as

· Responsible, solution-oriented, solution-oriented, experienced in team management and coordination

· Knowing the legal legislation and closely following the legislative changes

· Strong team management skills and strong communication skills

· Analytical mindset and ability to analyze, solution and result oriented
