Job Description
Cloud Engineer - Help Musicians Thrive Through Technology
We're a music publisher on a mission to empower musicians and creators. We believe technology should serve artistry, not complicate it. We're looking for a Cloud Engineer who shares our passion for music and wants to build infrastructure that makes a real difference to artists' lives.
About You
You're an experienced AWS engineer who cares as much about the people using your systems as the systems themselves. You believe in building secure, scalable infrastructure - supporting a 'you build it, you run it' culture - that just works - so your colleagues can focus on delivering.
Essential Experience
- Strong hands-on AWS experience (IAM, EC2, ECS, RDS, CloudWatch)
- Infrastructure as Code expertise (Pulumi would be ideal but knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation is essential)
- Security-first mindset with proven IAM and compliance experience
- Cost optimisation and observability implementation
- Collaborative approach to enabling engineering teams
- Experience of running Microsoft workloads (.NET) on AWS a major bonus!
What Sets You Apart
- You're driven by empathy
- You champion best practices through enablement and mentorship, not mandates and dependence
- You balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery
- You're excited about working in a diverse, inclusive environment to serve music and the creative industries
Join us in building the technology foundation that helps musicians succeed. Together, we'll create infrastructure that's as reliable and inspiring as the music it supports.
