Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will engage directly and act as an advisor to the hiring managers, your primary responsibility is to deliver full life-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers to plan recruitment needs and acquire the best talent to meet business demand. You will take charge of the talent acquisition process across all levels and develop creative talent sourcing strategies. You are tasked to source, screen and ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. You will also proactively identify, attract and network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure that we attract the best talent.

  • Engage hiring managers, understand manpower demand, advise recruitment strategies, ensure a solid cadence of communication with hiring managers and providing a high level of partnership
  • Responsible and manage full spectrum for the end-to-end recruitment activities for the entire Southeast Asia countries
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
  • Acts as an advocate for hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide follow up
  • Build a consistent talent pipeline for key positions
  • Represents Believe as a Brand Ambassador to deliver and maintain positive candidate experience
  • Investigate candidate's strengths, weakness, requirement (e.g. salary, career path); present offer proposal to HRD based on budget, internal & external benchmark, and negotiate offer with candidates 
  • To be a Subject Matter Expert on one or more regional/ country staffing projects/ programs such as University Relationship program, sourcing strategy, selection tools, Recruitment Management System implementation and Employer Branding etc


  • Diploma in HR-related discipline with min 2 years of experience in recruitment field
  • Sound knowledge of different interview techniques, evaluation methods and full-cycle recruiting
  • Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other web sources including job portals and hold good knowledge using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
  • Possess “hunter” mentality and self-driven in building talent bench for Believe
  • Multi-tasker, proactive, resourceful, dynamic, resilience and drive to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong stakeholder management with good communication and interpersonal skills
