Job Description

As a Marketing Data Analyst and within the Global Marketing Analytics team, you will be in charge of meeting key business and strategical needs by building tools or providing analytics to internal teams or clients.

This role is an exciting opportunity to work on numerous Digital Marketing activation levers (Media Buying, Creative content and organic growth strategies, CRM, DSP specific features…) and with diversified internal stakeholders (Believe Global experts teams, local and global sales and PM teams, top management, technical department…).

Your main missions are :

1. Be in charge of analytics tools production from needs screening to participating to their go to market ;

  • Liaise with all business stakeholders to ; define product needs and business value, validate analysis framework and visualization.
  • Liaise and ensure data availability and quality with the Operation department: handle data ingestion specifications for internal data processing or 3rd party partners
  • Build appropriate data model and analytics (mainly thanks to PowerBI)
  • Ensure tool adoption and understanding amongst users by helping Customer success to build “go to market” strategy
  • Usage and improvement follow up

2. Lead and build exploratory analytics and ad-hoc studies :

  • Answer to strategical Business issues/questions by exploring/analyzing data and present key findings. Either as an iterative process for long term projects or punctual needs.
  • Be a referent for local teams and support them on case studies, Business reviews, activation performance reviews…

3. Act as a data evangelist :

  • By keeping an eye on market innovative studies, methodologies, and tools to restitute them within Global / local teams
  • Whitin Data team by screening and evaluating 3rd party current or potential data partners
  • Detect opportunities for our data department by an ongoing evaluation and communication with internal teams on their current projects or business priority topics


  • 3/4 years of experience as a data analyst with a marketing component and preferably in a digital driven environment or music industry.
  • A data driven and curious mindset with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to multi task, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • A pro-active attitude yet team spirit oriented
  • A methodical approach, pragmatic thinking and good analysis skills
  • A good knowledge of Digital Marketing strategies and levers with an interest in digital technologies. 
  • Mandatory Good knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Microsoft suite.
