Job Description

Within the Group Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in defining and ensuring the performance of the TA team at both global and local level. You’ll be joining the organization at a very exciting time as we’re continuously the function from the ground up. Join us and Be Part Of It!

You’ll be responsible for:

Reporting (in partnership with the HR Data analyst)

-        Provide the organization with an accurate view on recruitment progress on a regular basis (partnering with Finance and HR)

-        Monitor TA team’s performance

-        Identify opportunities for improvements and design/implement the adequate solutions

End to end recruitment Process. This encompasses the following :

-        Structure the adequate recruitment planning with Finance/HR and business leaders,

-        Monitor the job analysis for all roles in the company (deliverables are : Job descriptions & job specifications),

-        Design the assessment process per type of roles within organization (Briefs, Structured Interviews etc.),

-        Structure our capacity for Talent pooling : Sourcing tools (RPO), Referrals (Relevant/Recurring referrals), Inbound recruiting

-        Design guidelines for recruitment strategy (defining roles and responsabilities of all parties)

-        Support the TA team with our Applicant Tracking System – you’ll be the Subject Matter expert

-        Outline the training plan associated with the process

-        Boost Internal Mobility

-        Review & rework the process on a regular basis to ensure it stays relevant to fulfill the organization needs

 

Employer Branding (with the TA director)

-        Redesign the career website

-        Implement a candidate-relationship management tool in partnership with our HR Operations Team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 To be successful in this role, we consider the following as critical skills:  

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease

Passion for data !

Language : Fluency in English
