Description du poste

As Market and competitive intelligence Manager, your responsibility is to support the elaboration of Believe product strategy bringing your expertise in market and competitive product analysis and helping the Product Managers to build and communicate Believe’s digital product value to our customers. You will be expected to develop and maintain an expertise on the competitive landscape, technological advances that impact our business, and propose product evolutions based on accurate benchmarks and thorough understanding of our customers needs (internal/external).

This includes also supporting product verticals with positioning, messaging, go-to market strategy, and internal requirement requests.

You will also be expected to realize and present regularly studies to the product and IT Directors and top management, as well as different Sales BUs in order to contribute to share market knowledge and accelerate the development of the downstream solutions.

You will report to the Customer Experience Directo and work closely with teams throughout Believe, including Product teams, Sales, SalesOps, Marketing, and international teams.

You will be in charge to: 

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of consumer needs, key industry trends, and competitive landscape to influence product roadmap recommendations and decisions
  • Be an expert on competitive products, trends, and technologies so that you can share throughout the company, thanks to benchmarks, surveys, and other analysis of main competitor’s products structure
  • “Deep Dive”  market studies (competitors’ growth strategy, market trends, interview with internal experts, coordination of BU contributors),
  • Identify potential partnerships or acquisitions and have a clearer vision of the competition on the sector
  • Identify, define, and maintain updated customers personas for the product teams
  • Help Product Managers to define global go-to-market strategy an execute product launches from beginning to end, working closely with Product, Sales, SalesOps, Marketing, and Support teams



  •  Minimum 6 years of experience in a Venture Capital or in a Consulting Firm specialized in Competitive intelligence studies or in a Company with a similar position,
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority, working collaboratively with other teams including: Operations team, Sales, Product management, 
  • Strong industry / competitive analysis experience, 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably with copywriting experience, 
  • Fluent in French and English.
