The Global Audience Development Intelligence & Training will be leading and coordinating the VAD projects with the objective of maximizing and growing Believe artists & labels fan base.
This role will build a center of excellence around growing, intimately understanding and unlocking the full potential of fan bases for top artists & labels. This role will also represents the needs and voice of artists & labels as we develop central strategies and capabilities to strengthen Believe’s competitive advantage around audience.
Your missions are :
1/ Evaluate business needs & opportunities
Benchmark competition & market opportunities to identify new services and anticipate market trends
Identify platforms opportunities to adjust our global positioning, services to client and processes per platform
Participate in strategic thinking to deploy audience development services and processes with Global Heads of Video & AD and Sales Directors
Lead audience development services deployment plan with operating models and processes to ensure efficient, high quality outputs are delivered in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Lead and coordinate VAD projects with the aim of creating efficiencies and automations for the VAD local teams.
2 / Strengthen and highlight Believe expertise
Define an efficient on-boarding path for internal teams in coordination with Global Heads of Video & AD
Lead Client Knowledge Base audience development section structure & deployment
Strengthen & develop current team expertise to build best-in-class audience management experts
Ensure full coordination with Communication team to promote our audience development services (via external webinars, cases studies creation etc.)
3 / Create synergies between the Believe teams on audience development services to client
Ensure full coordination with Global Heads of Video & Audience Development & Digital Marketing team to centralize sales needs and resources
Create best practices workflows between VAD and Digital Marketing Team
Identify areas of improvement in our internal processes between VADxSalesxEMP
Coordination with learning department for team & client training creation and deployment (e-learning, webinars, KB)
- Proven track records of project management (from conception to implementation and post-implementation support)
- Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
- YouTube CMS & Social Media experience
- Previous experience in DSPs is a bonus
- Structured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same time
- Passionate about music, social media and digital marketing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- You have a knack for training and knowledge sharing
- Excellent communication skills (in both french and english)
- Knowledge of the international streaming market
