Job Description

You will be the main contact for our Artist Services & Development team in India regarding audio delivery operations and audio content management

You will provide to our clients high quality answers on different topics: content delivery, payment, financial reporting, etc…

You will propose effective solutions in compliance with our SLAs (Service-Level Agreement)

You will participate to the marketing and promotion strategy in order to best deploy our artists’ album releases

You will collaborate in the enrichment of our customer knowledge base by writing articles and by identifying new relevant subjects in order to improve our client autonomy

You will be a proactive force to improve processes and internal support tools

 You will train and onboard our artists on our tools
