Job Description

Within the newly created Group Talent Acquisition team, you'll be instrumental in defining and rolling out the programs globally.

You'll be responsible for the main following programs from definition of specs until full adoption at global level :

  • Employer Branding
  • Onboarding
  • Campus Management
  • Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters)
  • Talent Acquisition processes

This entails identifying opportunities for improvements across existing programs, defining KPIs to be measured and consistent tracking for progress.

Lead change management efforts for recruiting projects across believe 

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, we consider the following as critical skills:

    • Experience building and scaling HR/Recruiting programs in a high-growth, rapidly adapting environment
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working autonomously, and navigate ambiguity with ease
