As Global Head of Talent Scouts, reporting to the General Manager Distribution and Artist Services, you will be responsible to develop our artist acquisition strategy. In a rapid changing environment and increasing competition, you will be responsible to ensure we develop the best sourcing strategies for the company.
1 – People
You will be tasked to build and develop the best trained team of Talent Scouts in the music industry.
Hire and develop Talent Scouts in key markets
Build employee development, training plans and culture for all local teams
Set and drive OKR management with local CEO and Artist Distribution heads
Contribute to sales compensation policy
2 – Strategy & execution
You will be tasked to build and execute the strategy for Talent Scouting globally and in all local markets in collaboration with local CEOs. Build artist acquisition strategy (identification, qualifications, economics...) for each market.
Benchmark, select or develop tools, products and technology to source and qualify artists
Organize team work locally and with central to optimize efficiency
Coordinate with central operations team to optimize workflows
Align execution with sales strategy with local CEOs and regional head of sales
3 – Measurement
You will be responsible to create and deploy performance measurement for the business.
Set and drive objectives with local business heads & CEOs and central functions
Develop, measure KPIs and report KPIs to drive the business
7 years of experience in managing BtoB or BtoC sales / Account managers teams in multiple territories
First experience in working with product managers / product designers
Deep passion for music, artists and the music ecosystem
team developer and organizer
The position requires complete english fluency
