Job Description

The Project Manager assists the Producer and the Project Leads build and maintain the project schedule. The Project Manager supports the Producer by executing a variety of tasks related to the development of assigned game productions from concept to release. He/She assists in ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules, and coordinates with internal resources to ensure successful completion of assigned game productions. 

Responsibilities:

  • Define or help define the content of the project’s milestone deliverables;
  • Monitor or help manage budget and timeline;
  • Help Project Leads define the different project workflows and create the required tables and documentation;
  • Create reports that clearly state the progress of specific deliverables;
  • Help defining project risks and issues;
  • Manage and improve the SCRUMs and similar project methodology.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in the video game industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or project management;
  • 0-3 years experience in project management;
  • Great knowledge of Agile Methodologies and PMP principles;
  • Excellent knowledge with Jira or similar project tracking tool;
  • Proven project management experiences and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience coordinating different group/disciplines/activities;
  • Creative and innovative;
  • Results-oriented and able to work well under pressure;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills (French/English);
  • Very organized;
  • Passionate about video games;
  • Experience in the video game industry is a plus.
