Creation of therapeutic/educational materials, distribution of new employee materials & technology for a busy Behavioral Healthcare agency based in Alamogordo, NM.
Essential Duties include the Following:
Manage development, ordering, inventory and distribution of client therapeutic/educational materials to the clinical field
Manage ordering, inventory and distribution of staff uniforms, employee name badges and other essential materials to new employees.
Manage BCI’s Technology Loan Program, distributing and collecting company owned technology in accordance with Company policy.
Provide technical assistance to employees who are utilizing company owned devices.
Attend regular meetings with supervisors.
Maintain a well organized, clean office space.
Job Requirements & General Competencies:
General working knowledge and general comfort with technology including, but not limited to: Apple ipads, laptops and desktop computers, Google software and applications, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Verizon Wireless hotspots and simcards and commercial grade office equipment (printer/fax/scanner). Organization and ability to stay on task and work independently. Professional communication skills both written and oral.
