Bedruthan is a multi-award winning hotel and spa set into a cliff above Mawgan Porth beach on the North Cornwall coast.

Our hotel has been cherished and nurtured by two generations of the same family for over 50 years to give our guests memorable holidays in this uniquely beautiful place.

Bedruthan is set in a natural playground with the beach just below us and some amazing facilities at the hotel itself. You can stroll along the foreshore, get a surf lesson or two and walk the cliff path to Bedruthan Steps – one of the north coast’s most dramatic beauty spots.

Our Spa Hosts deliver exceptional service to our guests, taking care of the presentation of the spa, outdoor areas and helping us deliver a genuine Bedruthan moment. Sharing their experiences of the spa and helping guests relax, unwind and soak up the Cornish coastline in one of our outdoor retreats.

This is a varied role focusing on ensuring our guests are cared for and have everything they need throughout their time with us. From taking bookings, delivering an organised reception desk and taking pride in the presentation of the spa are also key areas of this role. As we are perched on the cliff, this role will also service some outdoor areas and our iconic hot tubs, sensory spa garden and other spa experiences.

What you’ll need to do:

• We are looking for Spa Hosts to help us provide a genuinely caring experience with a personal approach at both Scarlet and Bedruthan Spas.
• You’ll need to enjoy delivering a remarkable guest experience
• Maintain a presentable spa environment at all times with high attention to detail
• Keen to learn & explore our treatment menu and product range
• A passion for customer service
• Computer literacy
• An interest in relaxation and wellbeing
• Great communication skills
• A friendly and approachable manner
• Love working in a fast-paced team

o £11.00 per hour

o A full time contract of 38 hours per week
