Job Description

As bar manager will create an authentic place where people want to be, not only relating to our guests’ experience but each and every one of our team.

Deliver a superior beverage experience to our guests through creative cocktail menus, interesting wine selections and overall consistency of beverage delivery across all touch points.

Ensure our bars are well stocked, equipment is present and relevant, the teams can deliver a seamless and effective beverage delivery to our guests with charm and knowledge.

About you:

A motivated beverage expert, someone who naturally comfortable in busy operations, able to accommodate the needs of our guests whilst delivering an exceptionally focused experience.  An office should not be where you feel comfortable, as we want our teams to have the full support of the bars’ manager, and, is always available to speak with our guests.

 

Key responsibilities include:                      

  • Ensure our team and guests are nurtured through your presence and support.
  • Provide leadership to all of the beverage team, celebrate successes at all times and coaching where necessary
  • Execute a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values each individual’s contribution.  Taking the 2 bars, room service and events vision and elevating this to a new level of beverage service culture and excitement.

Qualifications

  • 2 years previous bars management experience as bars manager, or, 2+ years Supervisor or Assistant bars manager across multiple sites
  • Experience in developing cocktail menus and wine lists
  • Recognised F&B Service qualifications

Additional Information

We offer:

  • £26,000 - £28,000 - dependant upon experience
  • Retention bonus of up to £1000
  • Permanent contract of 40 hours per week, including days/evenings and weekends
  • 28 days holiday per year / 29 after 1 year
