Job Description

We are looking for a Front of House Manager for our two iconic hotels on the North Cornish coast. We are looking for an outstanding candidate who is passionate about hospitality and wants to lead the creation of a world class welcome across our two hotels that delivers a genuine guest experience like no other.

The Front of House Manager role reports directly to our Head of Operations and the successful candidate will join our dynamic and ambitious management team. Our three front of house deputy managers will be your direct reports. Our front of house receptions, lounges and terraces will be your home, but your wider wisdom and ideas for our future will always be welcomed.

Qualifications

Essential experience required: extensive experience (4 years+) in managing high end front of house/reception operations.

Additional Information

We offer:

  • £30,000 - £36,000 dependant upon experience
  • Retention bonus of up to £1000
  • Permanent contract of 40 hours per week, including days/evenings and weekends
  • 28 days holiday per year / 29 after 1 year
