Bedruthan is set in a natural playground with the beach just below us and some amazing facilities at the hotel itself. You can stroll along the foreshore, get a surf lesson or two and walk the cliff path to Bedruthan Steps – one of the north coast’s most dramatic beauty spot.
- £6.50 per hour – Apprentice Commis Chef
- £9.25 per hour – Commis Chef
- £10 per hour – Chef De Partie
- £26,910 per annum – Sous Chef

With many exciting plans for 2021 and beyond, we are recruiting for chefs of all levels for our 2 busy restaurants, events operation, bakery and patisserie.
We are an engaging, structured kitchen environment that drives creativity and development.
Our menus and creations are inspired by the seasons and our specialist Cornish growers, farmers and fisherman. The roles will provide the professional delivery of these menus across the hotels kitchens, restaurants and events.
You must be well presented, articulate and driven and have a natural tendency to do everything to the best of your ability.
Experience will be required for some positions, and further training will be provided to allow you to develop and expand your skills. We will happily consider candidates without experience that have an attitude and personality that fits with our ethos and values.
