Job Description

Our welcome Manager will create a place where people want to be. To deliver an exceptional reception welcome experience that extends throughout our guests stay, through supportive & inspirational leadership, team growth, and executing a clear, consistent and adaptable operating plan that values individuals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the team, ensuring they are nurtured through presence and support, to develop a stable, energised and professional work environment.
  • Deliver a memorable welcome and guest experience. 
  • Deliver an agile workforce that is efficient and productive.
  • Focus on sustainable practices to protect the business for the next generation.
  • Progress our welcome experience, delivering a held, bespoke, informed, seamless welcome to both hotel guests and non-residents. Our receptions are the home of our welcome, the hotels the playground and truly embody the 'home from home' style hosting across our sites.
  • Coordinate your agile team with clarity so our people appreciate the value of every interaction and the part they play in our wider plan & goals.
  • Work with our senior leaders across our business so it flourishes and all our people can contribute & celebrate this success.
  • Be at the helm of your ship at the busiest times, flow between the hotels and see the sunset in each business each week.

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail to ensure smooth process and valuable interactions.
  • 5 years management experience and the ability to Lead by Example.
  • Guest service focus and experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and direct a team.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to hold to account & take responsibility.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Additional Information

We offer:

  • £32,000 per annum.
  • Permanent contract.
