Job Description

 This is a brilliant opportunity for a data CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our team at Bedruthan Hotel & Spa and The Scarlet.

Supported by the Brand Marketing Manager you will lead on the data strategy for the group, take ownership of the CRM and use it to develop the guest journey and establish new opportunities to engage with new and existing consumers.  You will optimise data collection across the business, working with team leaders to ensure that data is collected accurately and compliant with Red Hotels Privacy Policy.

You will lead on all email marketing campaigns and be able to create inspirational and informative content to meet revenue objectives of rooms, food and beverage, spa and Create and strengthen the brand messaging.

You’ll also contribute the website content, updating pages and content when necessary, ensuring pages are on brand, the content is optimised and the page has and a strong call to action.

To be successful at this role you love data and marketing in equal measures. You’ll be bursting with creative idea and obsessed with data and insights enabling you deliver captivating campaigns to the right audience at the right time.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in the using CRM systems to optimise guest journeys
  • Comfortable delivering strategic data driven email campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Able to plan email activity for automated campaigns
  • Creative eye and ability to communicate the brand aesthetic in email layout and design'
  • Confident in testing email and analysing metrics
  • Technical knowledge of handling databases
  • Excellent at reporting on success, to analyse trends and focus on email evolvement and improvement
  • Excellent copy writing skills with the ability to write in varied tone of voice
  • Experience of working within the hospitality sectors is desirable although not essential
  • Sound understanding of GDPR and data security
  • Proficient in the use of Word press
  • Able to use social media for business to support the team, when necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An eye for detail
