Job Description

Business Development Manager IT Sales for Grugaon Location

We are looking for someone who has
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and BD of Software Projects / Services
- Good Experience doing inside sales and lead generation and management
- Significant Experience in using service procurement portals for lead generation
- Good understanding and experience with RFI / RFP response
- Must have worked at least 2 years in a Software Services organization doing Business Development
- The Candidate would do Lead Management, would have Independent Sales Target and would do New Business Acquisition in IT Services Sector
- Candidates from Web Applications sales background or IT sales will be preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills and command over English. 
- Ability to work independently as a Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities include- 

- Lead generation using Linkedin, service procurement portals, channel partners
- Sales meeting, in person / remote with the prospects
- Taking a lead to closure with help of pre-sales / tech team
- Getting repeat business from existing clients
- Participating with the top management in strategic planning and growth hacking meetings
