Job Description

Each role at Beam plays a vital part in our success. We are looking for a energetic team member, to help manage our Beam headquarters in Berlin and assist our team members with various assignments. You expect the following tasks in your day to day work:

  • Taking care of office administration: e.g. processing of general correspondence, preparation of professional briefings, purchasing (including hardware), document management and staff catering.

  • Organizing appointments, meetings and business trips (incl. the preparation, logistics and follow-ups).

  • Editing, proofreading and organizing content and researching authors for the Beam log and social media channels.

  • Greeting and welcoming guests and external service providers at arrival, accepting parcel deliveries and post on behalf of the team.

  • Supporting in planning and preparation of offline events (meetups, team offsites and get-togethers).

If you have office management and team assistance experience and are up-to-date with advancements in tools and applications, that would be an added bonus! We expect you to be a digital native and have a preference for simple online solutions (#automation)!
