Job Description

Bay State Community Services is hiring for a Residential Counselor at our Plymouth STARR location. The residential counselor is responsible for supervising, counseling and maintaining the safety of adolescents between the ages of 12yrs. - 18 years old.

Daily routines consists of assisting adolescents while partaking in activities of all kinds and through exposure to daily living skills. This is a very receptive population to work with!

$500 Sign on bonus! 

Schedule is: 

Wed- Friday 3p-11pm

Saturday 7a-11pm


  • •Strong consideration given toward personal or professional experience, Bachelor's (BA) Degree preferred
  • •Must be able to attain and maintain MAP (Medication Administration Program) Certification
  • •Must be able to successfully pass all required background checks
  • •Must possess a valid MA driver's license and have a clean driving record
