The Program Manager represents BSCS management at the Community Correction site. Duties and staffing patterns will vary by site, but will include providing direct service; supervising staff and daily operations of the Center; implementing program design and content, policies and procedures in accordance with statutes and being in contract compliance; managing administrative tasks; and, maintaining a satisfactory relationship with the OCC while keeping the OCC Regional Manager informed of operational matters and collaborating with courts and agencies.
•Provide clinical services to clients as site needs may require, including clinical assessment and leading groups.
•Monitor delivery of clinical services by BSCS staff.
•Assure timely completion and documentation for all clinical services provided by BSCS staff.
•Conduct BSCS staff meetings, individual supervision with BSCS staff and participate in all BSCS’ Meetings for Supervisors.
•Maintain a client tracking system and data collection system for reporting to Courts and OCC as required.
•Participate in all meetings pertinent to BSCS’ role at the site, including Working Group meetings, CBI meetings and other OCC meetings as required.
•Co-ordinate and lead the weekly Multi-Disciplinary Team and Clinical Team meeting meetings.
•Provide all required monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to OCC in a timely and professional manner.
•Work cooperatively with OCC, POIC’s, Sheriff’s Department, Probation, Parole, and other agencies at the site.
•Establish and maintain positive working relationship with funding sources, POIC’s, local courts personnel and the community-at-large.
•Identify training needs of staff and works towards meeting those needs. •Represent BSCS at all trainings and conferences in a professional manner.
Treatment Managers will be required to have a Master’s Level (MA/MS/MSW) degree in Human Services and significant experience in the delivery of substance abuse services in a correctional setting. CADAC, CAS or previous program management experience is preferred.

- Licensure preferred
- Ability to work up to 2 evenings (until 7:30pm)

Salary Range: $55,000 - 65,000
