Job Description

In a world of one-tap car rides and meal delivery, patients expect to access healthcare anytime anywhere. They’re pursuing a future where patients can seamlessly book appointments and connect with their healthcare providers online.  They’ve grown quickly by building meaningful relationships with doctors and their staff - listening to their pain points and supporting them through change. As a sales team, they take ownership of driving revenue growth. They help ease doctors’ administrative burden by selling NexHealth’s solutions - enabling them to do what they do best: provide exceptional healthcare.

NexHealth is looking for a Director of Sales Development who can connect an exceptional talent strategy with an end-to-end employee development program, that produces top of funnel results while creating a household name brand of sales and training excellence. 

This person will be charged with driving the development of the SDR teams and creating a consistent and replicable sales process while adding new members to their team each month and managing performance. Partnering with the rest of the sales leadership team, you will work towards a primary goal of setting the standard for sales excellence in the healthtech space.

What You'll Do

  • The Director of Sales Development will report into their VP of Sales
  • Create a sales culture that obsesses about customer outcomes, as well as personal development 
  • Build the foundation that supports predictable, scalable team growth going from 30-150 SDRs over the course of 18 months
  • Take ownership and develop role specific incentive programs/plans that match current growth strategies
  • Develop a data-driven, performance based management team equipped with the situational leadership skills needed to thrive in a high growth, ramping environment
  • Develop hiring plan and talent development programs to achieve top of funnel goals as well as internal AE promotion rates 
  • Take ownership of the planning and forecasting required to grow the team and maintain headcount requirements to achieve sales targets 
  • Develop and maintain operational visibility to key processes that drive growth
  • Develop cross-functional cadences with marketing, enablement, operations, and sales management that ensure execution

Qualifications

  • Managed up to 50 person team, with at least five managers
  • Worked in high volume, transactional sales environment selling through a gatekeeper 
  • Developed marketing campaigns and messaging based on lead type or product type
  • Implemented contact cadence, sequences, sales campaigns
  • Operational knowledge of Salesforce, Chorus, Outreach or similar tools
  • Experience tracking sales readiness in managing promotions in a fluid environment
  • Has built the majority of their team and not just inherited a team
