With the recent acquisition of Olapic, they’re changing the way marketers evaluate, refine and optimize their visual content strategy. This move solidifies their goal of delivering an all-in-one platform providing brands with data-driven insights, scales content creation, measures the impact of their work, and optimizes content for even greater results. 

Job Description

This role will be responsible for leading global marketing efforts for the company, including growth marketing, leading the way to amplify their presence across the partner ecosystem, demand generation as well as brand and corporate marketing. This high impact and high visibility role will work closely with senior leadership to successfully build Social Native’s brand strategy, positioning and messaging while developing a deep understanding of the needs of their enterprise brand customers and unique opportunity in the UGC/content technology market.

You'll drive awareness, acquisition, retention and expansion. This is an amazing opportunity for a self-starter who wants to take full ownership of all marketing levers, existing and new, including but not limited to lifecycle, content and go-to-market motions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a clear marketing strategy built around Social Native’s product advantages, market dynamics and relevance to target customers
  • Lead innovative ways to educate partners about Social Native's suite of products and features
  • Author and produce creative content, email marketing, blogs, newsletters, short-form videos, digital campaigns, case studies, events, etc.
  • Grow adoption and education of Social Native's suite of products through developing and spearheading partner education programs, including drafting playbooks, instructional/explainer videos, and co-marketing opportunities. 
  • Establish a content measurement framework for tracking, analyzing and reporting marketing growth and enabling ROI positive outcomes, and communicate success on partner initiatives to the broader organization
  • Be a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with the partnerships team to drive high impact results.
  • Understand the buying process of Social Native customers and use content marketing to mimic that buying process, driving creation of upper, middle and lower funnel content to nurture customers through the journey.
  • Understand customer needs, segment the market and develop value-based pricing plans to meet customer needs. 
  • Build understanding of customer lifecycle stages by segment, nurture leads through to conversion, drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist the leadership team with fostering company culture and providing clear, transparent internal communications.  
  • Manage their performance marketing efforts, including SEM/CPC, SEO, ABM campaigns, external newsletters, and paid media strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years of managerial experience within the B2B Online Media or Software space.
  • 3 years of ROAS-driven marketing. 
  • Able to turn marketing budgets into actional forecasts.
  • Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing or eCommerce experience preferred
  • Strong strategic planning and proven track record of delivering quantifiable results.
  • Proven experience thriving and succeeding in fast-paced high growth environment
  • Experience building and growing marketing teams, deep network of world-class marketing professionals.
  • Full-stack, full-funnel marketer with a range of experiences across brand/corporate marketing, product marketing, and growth marketing/demand gen.
  • Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented nature. Loves and thrives working with numbers. Scrappy and relentless drive to measure, optimize and improve results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects. Deep comfort with and ability to prioritize and function with imperfect/incomplete information.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, great storyteller.
  • Experience building and managing marketing campaigns through Salesforce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA is preferred
