The Biz Dev team is looking for an experienced, strategic and driven individual to lead and expand their Carrier Relations.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain relationships with partner (carrier) senior executives
• Create and maintain a strong account management / relationship framework ensuring that they are fostering their relationships through regular communication and quarterly business reviews
• Develop robust and creative growth ideas for their partnerships with carrier
• Build out an annual growth plan for each of their partners
• Maintain a pulse on the market for new carrier partners and opportunities
• Source additional carriers that make sense to be added to their platform

• 5+ years in working with marketing departments to procure dollars for advertising
• You are detail oriented, organized, and driven to make healthcare better.
• Proven history of owning successful accounts and managed deals; you are not given a task list, you make the task list.
• You have established relationships within the carrier space
• You are comfortable with the unknown and thrive in situations where you get to problem solve.
• You are an expert storyteller that can break down complex problems into concise, actionable solutions
