Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and define project scopes and objectives
  • Work with clients to identify resources needed to reach objectives and track progress
  • Document responsibilities to ensure the project and tasks run smoothly
  • Facilitate on time and on budget delivery of projects
  • Focal point between customers and team members
  • Initiate and manage creative and dynamic solutions for clients facing challenges in delivery
  • Provide leadership, oversight and direction of subcontractors, design firms, project managers, project engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Builds and maintains professional networks for business development and recruiting purposes
  • Creates presentation material for executive level discussions
  • Facilitates discussions and meetings at all levels, from team members to project executives
  • Develops others through feedback and coaching
  • Participates in shaping BCI’s future through enhancing culture

Qualifications

Required: 

  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4+ years of experience in project management; OR 7+ years of industry-specific experience with commensurate skills applicable towards project management
  • Ability to plan and prioritize individual contributions to achieve high-quality, timely results
  • Ability to earn respect through the credibility of construction knowledge and positive approach to problem solving
  • A high level of motivation, self-starting attitude, and mature judgment
  • A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

Preferred:

  • Experience in the construction field or pharma field
  • Relevant functional experience in delivering projects in one or more of BCI’s service industries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Ability to write proposals, monthly reports, and other related documents.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, project management software and willingness to test and implements new technologies.
  • Ability to think creatively and thrive on new challenges
