We currently have an opening for a full-time Sr. Project Engineer to join the Water/Wastewater group in our Binghamton office.

Technical duties include project management and oversight of:

• Preparation of engineering reports, funding applications and project development deliverables 

• Preparation of design contract documents and specifications, cost estimating and bidding phase services

• Construction phase services including administration and observation, start-up and testing, and funding agency compliance
  

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with 8 to 15 years of experience in the analysis and design of municipal water treatment and distribution systems, and municipal wastewater collection and treatment systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in NY is required and experience in the consulting engineering field is desired. Candidates should be proficient in technical writing, possess solid marketing and communication skills, be able to interact effectively with clients, and have experience in the preparation and presentation of proposals.
