Job Description

We are currently expanding our HR department to meet the growing needs of our firm and are searching for a Corporate Recruiter. This individual would be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates as well as representing the firm at college career fairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop full-cycle sourcing and recruiting strategy to meet company growth goals and department recruitment needs.

  • Find and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers on organizational needs, position specifications, search strategy, and the assessment process.

  • Screen candidates for culture and competency fit.

  • Coordinate candidate interviews and debriefs. Extend, negotiate, and close job offers to candidates.

  • Manage our pipeline, maintain stats, and identify improvements to be made to our process.

  • Manage the campus recruitment process.

  • Ensure EEO and recruiting practices are consistently administered throughout the hiring process and documented in the appropriate manner.

  • Participate and/or lead special projects and initiatives to support B&L’s Employer of Choice initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 5-7 years of recruiting experience. Experience in the architectural & engineering industry, professional services, or other high tech service area is preferred.

Candidates must have excellent “people skills”, be organized and detail-oriented, and have experience working with internet-based recruiting tools (e.g., job boards) and social networking tools (e.g., LinkedIn). The ability to communicate effectively and foster strong relationships with employees, management and applicants is a must. This position requires the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, tact, and professionalism.  Experience with other general HR duties is a plus.
