Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer in our Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office.  This position
is located within our Sustainable Planning & Design Group.

The position will focus on providing general engineering services to our growing municipal client base, with a secondary emphasis on engineering for potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems.  Responsibilities will include plan reviews, study preparation, design calculations, production of specifications and design drawings, management of construction projects for compliance with design documents, marketing and client representation. Preparation for and attendance at client municipal meetings (usually in the
evening) will be required.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in general municipal engineering, potable water systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, and storm
drainage systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Registration as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in PA is required and experience in the consulting engineering field is desired.

Candidates should be proficient in technical writing and communication skills, be able to interact effectively with staff and clients, and have experience in the preparation and presentation of proposals. Candidates will be responsible for managing and/or providing technical assistance to continually advance projects within scope, budget and schedule for all phases of municipal projects.
