We are currently looking for a motivated, hardworking, experienced Warehouse/Counter Service Representative who has what it takes to work in fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail. You have the communication skills of a great customer service person and enjoy working in a dynamic environment that allows you to meet new people. Serving in both the counter area and in our warehouse, you are experienced with plumbing and heating products and you are the type of person who appreciates variety in their daily workflow and learning new skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serving customers at sales counter and assisting them with all their requirements
• Prepare orders for shipping with proper documentation
• Dealing with customers on the phone in a efficient and pleasant manner
• Must work well with others in this fast based business
• Must be able to load and unload product from trucks and operate a forklift
• Receiving parts and supplies and ensuring that all documentation is complete and accurate
• Stocking shelves and putting parts in proper locations throughout warehouse
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  

• Previous warehouse experience desirable
• Knowledge of or previous experience in the Plumbing/Electrical industry would be considered an asset
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Current Forklift Certification an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organized team player with a strong aptitude to performing tasks accurately
• Punctual, efficient and professional
• Proven ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
• Solid basic computer skills
• Excellent customer service skills
