Barrière is seeking a Cashier (Slots & Table Games).

Casino Barrière Tirana is located on the corner of the famous Skanderbeg Square, in the renowned Book Building, the newly completed Barrière Tirana casino is set to become one of the most beautiful casinos in the Balkans. It offers 240 slot machines, 30 electronic English Roulettes, and 13 traditional gaming tables—English roulette, blackjack & ultimate poker. A Cherie Cherry restaurant and 3 bars.

Technical & Operational Duties

• Apply health, safety, and hygiene standards according to casino policies and regulations.

• Perform shift handovers, ensuring clear transmission of instructions, logs, and ongoing issues.

• Process cash, chips, vouchers, promotional credits, and foreign currencies accurately.

• Execute payout procedures for slot jackpots, accumulated winnings, and table game payouts.

• Perform cash desk operations (opening/closing tills, balancing floats, inventory counts, and vault transfers).

• Operate and verify currency-handling equipment, chips, card shufflers, and point-of-sale systems.

• Maintain complete compliance with gaming regulations, anti-money laundering (AML/TRACFIN), and reporting requirements.

• Maintain official registers, logs, and supporting documentation for daily transactions.

• Ensure the cleanliness, order, and physical security of the cash desk and gaming floor.

Customer Relations & Commercial Duties

• Deliver exceptional customer service according to company hospitality standards.

• Welcome guests, explain game rules (Slot Machines and Table Games), and promote casino membership programs.

• Identify regular customers, understand their preferences, and maintain high standards of confidentiality.

• Address guest inquiries, resolve minor disputes, or escalate issues to the Shift Manager or Pit Boss.

• Promote responsible gaming initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory safeguards.

• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to management to improve overall guest experience.

Floor & Workflow Organization

• Adapt work effort between front-of-house (guest interactions) and back-of-house (administrative duties) based on floor traffic.

• Monitor supply levels (cash floats, chips, cards, tokens, and stationery) and request replenishment as needed.

• Coordinate with technicians, pit bosses, and security personnel to address operational or equipment issues promptly.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

• Assist with training and onboarding new staff members on gaming floor procedures and cash management.

• Participate actively in team briefings, department meetings, and staff alignment sessions.

• Support team cohesion and serve as a reliable liaison between management and floor staff.

Role-Specific & Cross-Functional Tasks

• Demonstrate versatility by assisting across slot machine operations, table games cash desks, and poker tournament registrations where permitted.

• Participate in drop room and count room operations (cash box collection, stacker swaps, chip reconciliation, and revenue auditing).
